Q: How can i Track my order ?

Once you complete the purchase process through website, our supplier warehouse team will prepare the order and once it’s ready for dispatch , you will be notified by sending the number of your shipment via a text message containing the shipping company data with a tracking link. Simply click on the link and track your order

Q: why is my order delayed ?

Sometimes there may be a delay in completing the order delivery process on time due to circumstances that may be beyond our control, and we are working seriously and quickly to ensure that all orders deliveries are completed on time,

Can I exchange my item for another product ?

Unfortunately, at present you we are unable to offer exchange service, you will need to return the whole order and place a new one. We are currently implementing this service and will available very soon..

Q: What is the next step after I register ?

Once you have registered and your information is verified. you have to wait till you get the admin approval to start selling in Juman Marketplace. Then your profile will be available to all of our procurement professional and you can upload product and data.

 

Q: Can I look at other vendors' data ?

No, all information is secure and is only available to the Juman Buyers.

Q: How do I cancel my order ?

To cancel an item/order:

  1. Please Sign in to your Juman Marketplace account.

  2. Search your list of orders and find the one you want to cancel under MY Orders tab.

  3. Select Order Details.

  4. Please select the cancellation reason.

  5. Select Cancel order.
